Born and raised in Washington State, Steve graduated from the University of Washington with dual degrees in Economics and Communications, laying the groundwork for his multifaceted career. For the first 18 years of his professional life, Steve dedicated his expertise to the financial services sector, notably with Wells Fargo. Throughout his tenure, he held various roles within the organization, steadily climbing the ranks until he reached the pinnacle of his career as president in 2012 and final role as Region President in Seattle, Washington, in 2020. His leadership and strategic acumen were instrumental in driving growth and success for the company.

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Steve demonstrated a deep commitment to community engagement. He served on the boards of prominent organizations such as Junior Achievement of Washington and the Boys and Girls Club of Snohomish County, where he held influential positions such as Chairman of the Board and Finance Chair, respectively. His contributions helped shape the trajectory of these vital community institutions, leaving a lasting impact on the region. In 2020, fueled by a desire for new challenges and opportunities, Steve made a bold decision to relocate his family to Florida, where they owned one of their several vacation rental properties. Drawing upon his extensive experience and entrepreneurial spirit, he embarked on a lifelong dream of becoming a business owner.

In 2021, Steve actualized this vision by acquiring three established property management companies, each with over a decade of experience in the vacation rental market, and amalgamating them under his newly established brand, Epic Florida Rentals. Simultaneously, recognizing the symbiotic relationship between property management and real estate, Steve launched Epic Florida Realty.
